The warrants were expiring in January, so LTE sold 50k shares to take down the 166,000 warrants in Nov or Dec with cash at .30. They own those shares outright. A true asset. 333,000+166,000-50,000=450,000 The market has been reluctant to recognize BZI as a viable company. If you compare the asset and management the company has to many of the other public companies out there.... BZI will have its time soon.
