I don't believe any of that information can be considered current.

We have AMD's long established track record of publishing schedules they know they can't meet and making performance claims they know they won't achieve.

Jim Keller's departure/defection last September is considered by the Faithful as proof that Zen is complete and perfect and Keller's presence is no longer needed. He has moved on to perform other miracles elsewhere. My perspective is less optimistic.

AMD has never stated that Zen has taped out. In fact, in December's Investors meeting AMD's CFO said Zen will tapeout over the next few months. Cult members consider this proof that Zen taped out last summer...

AMD originally claimed Zen will ship for revenue in 2016 but now is saying Zen will sample in 2016. It is hard to understand how a chip would take nearly a year and a half to sample but this little fact is ignored by Fans. For comparison, Intel's most ambitious chip to date, Knight's Landing, is currently running in multiple customer's systems on A-0 silicon.

Based on what information is available and a knowledge of AMD speak, I think it unlikely AMD will meet their promises.

Your mileage may vary.
