Jimbo, Your idea is sound -- some companies are just not willing to spend the dough for an audit until they feel that it will benefit them. What is the point of putting out audited financials telling the world that you suck, so to speak? There is a damn good reason now, but I would not shut down discussion of a company because they have been non-reporting. I should be biased in your direction having been screwed and lied to by PLRN/ICCN over and over, but there are good stocks out there that do not yet report -- think you own one... FAMH. I tell one thing I have learned to be leary of -- companies that are majority held by the principles -- they can do anything they want without a vote. Shareholder meetings mean nothing. I realize that most of the BB compnaies are 51% held inside, but I would love to find the ones that are not -- that would be a company where everyone's vote really mattered. Eric
