the green house effect speculation is about the absorption of some IR frequencies of which CO2 is a small trace gas. And there is no science that has not be falsified that defines what the effect of CO2's mechanism for delaying the TSI becoming delayed OLR that would cause the dire doom and gloom global warming panicking zealots such as you.
