I really don't see how the food stamp program has anything to do with what the Iraq War cost.

It seems Bush left an environment that was PERFECT for ISIS to flourish. He left the Shiites almost totally in control and they hated the Sunnis and were bound to treat them horribly, which they did.

You let political bias prevent you from thinking objectively.
