David: I have a minor correction to my last post. The company I was talking about was Ligant(LGND}. I went back and reread and I see now I made a typo and wrote Ligent. I assume you must have recognized my comments as applying to LGND or Ligand. You are aware that most anyone reading your post would have assumed you were short NVX. The shorts surely don't want to see NVX run up on the news and create a short squeeze. They want us all to sell, now or on the news. No way do they want to see this stock trading at a higher level. I happen to think they are going to lose on this one. The approval of CERTIVA could come with all sorts of implications IMO.( Like for one, it is an approval for a pipeline of products to follow that are combinations to the DTaP vaccine, and two it just could get the recognition it deserves as the best DTaP vaccine out there.) Now I am getting into possibilities that are probable. How probable???? Good question . The market may really like it ALOT. If that be the case than it is anybodies guess where we end out. We ended up at 29 when it was said the company expected approval by year end. Now to all I will say it is possible that the stock go down as David has pointed out. I happen to think it low probability so i am betting otherwise for now. That is a decision one has to make on his own. Well , hopefully we will know real soon. :-}
