Eric, Your question of why spend the money speaks for itself. Why would a company that can't afford or knows full well audit financials would expose them as a negative when all they need is a good PR firm to BS everyone?

If folks want to talk about a sleeper without financials is fine I will start another thread since if they are not going to be reporting they most likely will be in the pink sheets before long. Personally that does not excite me to know I hold a position and believed all the pretty pictures.
