I had occasion to interface with one of the Seattle Libs today while at B&N......I Despaired of the 39 (THIRTY NINE PAGE our CPA firm sent me, and ultimately to my son, who is handling the Estate "stuff " for me. )
I said to him: "THINK OF THE ULTIMATE waste if our government is demanding that of all citizens.... Then I said to him, that IMO Socialism is absolutely the death of America as we know it....He looked at me as if he finally heard me, when I said: "How will you feel when YOU have to give the Government 80-90% of YOUR income????? He said, (so I knew he was listening at that point) "oh no, it won't be that high...."
I suggested to him that he read about Hitler's rise to power, and also, to check out what kind of money the Scandinavian Countries have to give to their government. He looked dubious.
So I added....."Did you hear today that Socialist Country Venezuela is running out of food????????" He nearly rolled his eyes...... Wonder how long it will take him to find out...?
Having said that, I know evil when I see it and Trump will get my support as a nose holding voter against the deranged corrupt Hillary, or crazy socialist Sanders any day of the week. |
