Where was he when vets really needed help on the streets of NYC? Absent, the VA reps have never seen him.

Trump ABSENT??? The VA is who has been absent.

How could they have seen Trump on any street? They don't go there.

Have you ever wandered the streets of NY trying to find one person?

The Doctors, medics and others at troop level I use have been great.

In my mind, the VA problems are rooted deeply in the senior civilian management staff and leadership.

I've never seen a salaried VA Rep on any street anywhere. Have you? How could they claim to have not seen Trump? Utter nonsense.

The people I see reaching out to help a VET at meetings and on the street are DAV staff. They are unpaid volunteers. You see some of them once a year outside your grocery store when they offer a poppy for a donation to help fund their efforts to assist veterans in getting their VA benefits.

The DAV assists vets everyday across the USA and charges $0.00. We have a DAV because the VA has been a failure in many ways.

The VA staff does not work the streets. Reports I've read indicate many did not work at all at their paid VA jobs.
