There is also the possibility that FAMH and Alexander Wescott have "relationships" with some fund managers, etc that can ONLY buy in under certain circumstances (i.e. audited financials).

To release UNaudited financials would let others get in ahead of the these groups and it would likely push the price up. I can see several factors that I think could cause FAMH to simply WAIT and put out the Audited Financials at the proper time.

Certainly there is more risk in buying before audited financials are out. The "advantage" is that the price is lower than it is likely to be if the Audit reveals an EPS of 20 cents. The "risk" is that the Audit reveals something else. Of course, I figure, even at 10-15 cents EPS, FAMH still looks like a bargain to me. Just my opinion.

If you want the "advantage," you have to take the "risk."
If you are not comfortable with the "risk," don't worry about the "advantage."

If FAMH is solid, there should be good money to be made. The people that take the extra "risk" are simply in a position to make more than those who wait.

Each person just has to research and then choose their own level of risk.

Whew!!! Enough of my soapbox!

Happy & Profitable Investing to ALL!!
