Andrew: I took your advice and bought some fulcf (on NASDAQ) on friday (TSE closed). Paid $1US which works out to be a significant price discount as has been discussed on this thread. Any thoughts as to why this price discrepancy exists? Does not appear to be an efficient market! I hope PC docs picks up once the tax loss selling is over. I have held this stock for almost a year. Regards.
