Today's reaction is obviously being affected by the overall market conditions, so likely a poor indication of how the valuation will evolve. We can probably look forward to some expert commentary from CF's Garcea, and larger holders who were against the plan? Someone else commented that the genie is out of the bottle now, so M&A is still quite possible...
