CATS announces CATS/FX initiative CATS announced a module today which will extend the instrument coverage to include foreign exchange derivatives. CATS also announced an agreement with International Risk Control which allows Cats to integrate IRC's MerX(TM) solution for trading and risk management of foreign currency derivatives.
