It means they are buying. I have level II quotes is how I see them. You can see these things too for a mere 300/month.

They are buying, not selling the stock. As I said, it means nothing unless a pattern of them buying a lot of shares becomes apparent. I had not seen KEYZ making a market in AVNT before.
