I am a trial lawyer and would love to manage this case worldwide. However the case will not be settled in the courtroom but rather at the retail level. All Iomega needs to do is send a letter to all retailers instructing that there are warranty and compatibility problems with Nomai. If logic prevails they will drop Naomi in a New York minute because the cost of customer complaints will be much greater than any profit they could derive by carrying Nomai products.
