Instead of playing the victim role of useless comments from a bunch of morons and blaming the circumstances for one's failure and bad reputation, one could effectively perform, get the company out of this mediocre journey, regain the market’s confidence and create shareholder value. Definitely one is primarily responsible for destroying over $300 million (or -99% in 4 years) in market cap. Yep, it’s sounds unbelievable...but one made it! So if one has been unable to lead the company to a better future, why one has not given up? Simply because where else one could make $430k a year plus bonus for doing nothing but spending one's time (and shareholders money!) on irrelevant lawsuits? What a loser!!!
