He bankrupted a casino in which all the games are set up to make the house money. How do you do that? You borrow too much money against the casino, that's how. Then when he couldn't borrow enough from his rich family to bail him out, he USED bankruptcy to shaft his creditors, contractors, subcontractors, etc. He apparently thinks this is a clever business technique. But he's going to fix America's finances?
