No. He wasn't a draft dodger. He wouldn't have had to with a # that high. Didn't you read the post you are responding to?

Those "facts" are not inconsistent. Trump turned 18 in 64. The first lottery was in 69 or 70. A typical 4 year undergrad deferment would have expired. In 68, before the lottery system, he would have needed something to keep him out.
