I am new to this thread, but if the purpose is to find sleeper stocks under $1.00, look at TPII. Read the thread and you will get the "warts and all" of it. What I see is a Y2K play that will take off with that whole market in 1998. They clearly need better IR, having royally pissed off investors recently, but when the smoke clears, they do have Y2K contracts and good potential for many more, particularly with some newer technology to solve Y2K that they have the right to license. They have announced the intent to file with the SEC and be a reporting company. Web site is www.tpii.com. Caveat Emptor, but Y2K plays will go into moonshots in 1998. These guys are still very cheap.
