>>I disagree with you on this point and exposing any individuals and the circumstances that led up to the halt is very pertinent, especially if they have alternative interests.<<
Valid point. The company's record is what the SEC is reviewing and investigating. We can all agree they put out false and misleading news releases, that has been proven. That is wrong.
The financials we are awaiting and I have expressed my concerns previously.
The posters should be looked at also in the search for truth. Look at everyone with your eyes open. Look at the board situation, the players, the leaders, learn as much as you can. The copying of posts from other boards by volume accomplished nothing. Look at what has been said by individuals on this board.
There are yays and nays that have flat out lied to you. What you really find out may surprise you. Keep looking at Kugler, but be aware he is not short the stock, does not represent anyone that is, and while you do not like him nor his style, look at the excellent information and research he has brought to this board. Use all the information at hand.
As a shareholder, most are right now at the hope stage. Hoping that the SEC halt and investigation into the company is great news for you. In reality, you know the odds are heavily stacked against that hope. The SEC is investigating the company for releasing false information.
This board can be, and will be one of anger, accusation, frustration, growth in stock analysis and trust. The truth is going to come out and it does not matter what we post anymore. What matters is what the SEC decides to do. We are inconsequential at this moment, except for the fact of the investments involved.
Look at the problem that exists and then solve the real problem. I mentioned Kugler earlier because he is not short. You may want to try to prove that he is, but you will not prove something he isn't. Look into his background, as well as mine, and everyone else, but do so with a purpose. Then look into the background of some of the yays, Roland and Gary.
I am off skiing for 5 days. Good luck to all, and wishing all a safe and prosperous new year. |
