I think he's a former dentist! I think there's a joke there somewhere. In any case, I think the newsletter is entertaining. For the last couple of months, he's had almost everything as a Hold. This most recent issue he made buy recommendations on about five juniors. What is alarming, though, is that he has put a Sell on a couple of issues. He never puts a Sell on anything, so these must be in dire straights.
