Bernie-
A thought to add about Fidelity Energy Services (in my case it also applies to Fidelity Energy, but not so successfully). I have kept some money in both these funds in an IRA for about a dozen years, never trading it, just adding a little each year. My rationale is that oil supplies may again see major upheavals that could erupt unexpectedly. In such a scenario my other holdings would likely get clobbered, but these funds might do quite well. So I've lived contentedly with less than stellar returns (particluarly with the Energy Fund), realizing that these funds are only loosely correlated with the DOW and could provide a much needed counterbalance if the world of oil supplies should dramatically change.
