Hi Reilly, You and every body else on CY thread. I'm a newbie - but every one else has been a ghost.LOL You you on this threa in the past? I like this deal. TJ has bought spansion,is cutting the nuts out of cost, and keeping some cool R&D that's a freebee. He's tightening up excessive inventory (poor management) and then going to run it lean. I've been selling puts at 7 and 8 hoping to buy it where the 44 cent dividend yields 6-8 %. I think it is a year off and owning the stock will exceed selling puts. Time to accumulate a double! Bob
