I would counter any potential "bias on her part" argument with company news releases since the articles release, that affirmed the bulk mining scenario. One should not get caught up in the terminology though. It's all about economics and the Miller deposition lends itself to bulk mining on that basis. Having price points on graphite and marble already in the public view makes it very easy to see that it all comes in and the PEA will show just how amenable this deposit is to a bulk mining method.
