john, I tend to agree with that if it were to happen immediately, but even over a few years, demand for improved healthy goods would be quickly met in the market. That is what drives a free enterprise system. Good diet is a result of lack of a choice and a need to grow your own, or intelligence and control in choosing. Most people lack the latter.
