From a technical standpoint, Western Digital appears to be breaking out of a reverse head and shoulders pattern, and appears to have strong upside ahead. I converted roughly 30% of my remaining Sandisk shares yesterday, at a conversion ratio of 1.7. I expect to convert more in the coming days, and not wait until merger closure to dispose of my remaining Sandisk shares.
