Hi Sid,

Cy has gone nowhere for quite a while:

screencast.com

These are my favorite kind of stock.

They go sideways and also pay a dividend.

I use these to sell cash collateralized puts on.

for example I sold puts for an average of 85 cents on an exercise price of 8.00. ( I sold them way too early as I didn't expect price to dip to 6.00ish.

Either way I doubled the dividend payment for holding the puts till expiration in January 2016.

If I'm put the stock at $7.15 net purchase price and the dividend would yield 6.16%.

I try to space the puts out every 90 days and then when price dips I am sometimes able to accumulate some shares that will yield a nice dividend..

I've listened to TJ's webcasts and it appears there is a workout of several more quarters to lean out the inventory that the Spansion acquisition sadlled them with.

Once absorbed the fab will kick in to a higher level of utilization that should drive margins up with profitability.

At any rate it sure is nice to have some one else on this island of a thread.

Please post and wake me up every once in a while.LOL

Bob
