You are truly becoming irrational. Let's just say that your theory is correct and MK is a short seller dedicated to short stocks of crappy companies and then working to have them halted. (This is your claim, I believe) Then I say SO WHAT!!!

This is NO differenct than people like yourself BUILDING THIS COMPANY UP into something that IT ISN'T. You cannot sue someone from telling you the truth. And no one has any responsibility to tell you anything. Not Kugler, not Riley, Not myself. That is why it is so dangerous to place your faith in the claims of a few individuals who juggle a few numbers and tell you that their "tea leaves" are suggesting a Short Squeeze.

It is none of your business if Kugler or anyone else complained to the SEC, just like your complaints are none of our business. The fact is that they found more discrepancies and misrepresentations than facts regarding RMIL, and have halted the stock. They will be judge, jury, and executioner.

The SEC has popped this little balloon that youself, Riley, and Pugs have worked so hard to blow up. You took you risks, not quite B*tching you sniveling whiner. If you chose to invest in a scam, don't b*tch to those who reveal it to be such.

They tried to warn you of the predictable signs.
