You're exactly right, Honey Bee. It is sad to see that many conservative posters can agree on 99% of the issues, but if any disagreement happens on even one issue, it either strains, tests, or completely ruins conservative relationships.
Leftists don't have that problem, because their common enemy is conservatives, as they are conditioned to believe. For example, most homosexuals are only concerned about gay rights. It is their number one concern. They never stop to consider that the Democratic Party actively embraces Muslims, who absolutely despise homosexuals and murder them every chance they get. Likewise, Blacks and Hispanics are solely concerned about the advancement of their respective races/ethnicities, and they have their own race-based congressional caucuses to see to that. Yet, in reality, those two groups despise each other.
Likewise, Democrats are very friendly and accommodating to pedophiles and all felons. Consequently, they earn their votes too! Meanwhile, many "conservatives" sit around and argue about how to make the Republican Party more like the Democratic Party in order to attract more of their voters. It's truly sickening and discouraging.
The bottom line is that the Democratic Party favors the very worst dregs of our society, and many conservatives are fighting tooth and nail to become more like the Democrats, simply to win the popularity contest. As a result, we now have Obamacare, gay marriage, and a Sodom and Gomorrah society that grows worse and worse and more disgusting each and every day. |
