The rules are bent on keeping Pot producers both in-house and small. Seems they want MJ to be a Local Yocal / Ma&Pa operation. It seems odd to me that none of these restrictions are new and the articles seem to indicate that everyone is aware that Big Corps will eventually take over but then how is it a Company like BMF was able to comply with these rules up until now? Lots of good questions to be asked of management in my opinion :-)
