What can Asia offer right now to convince investors to make capital investments there? Seems like a bust to me-----dead money.

I am hearing that a number of US companies are shopping in Korea right now. When is the best time to make an investment/purchase in a company with a product or technology you need or can use? answer... As far as Korea goes there isn't a better time is there? Look for US movement in that area. Comments.
