It's possible that I am getting viruses from downloading things. I download lots of stuff.

However, that doesn't help solve the problem :-)

I'm running this ESET Online Scanner. It's still going, but has detected 8 cases of potentially unwanted programs. At the end of the scan it's hopefully going to tell me how to delete them, we'll see.
