Riley, thank you. By the I do not claim being a past director of a public company, I was and I even was its President and COO (that was the formal title), I am even a director of few private companies right now. I have even turned down "directorship" in few other small public companies, it is not worth the trouble in most case. If I'll do it, consider it "charitable work".
