I found out why calls to Principal have been a waste of time. They are being bought out by EVEREN, and, after to speaking to people it appears that EVEREN will NOT tolerate brokers who slam stocks on the internet.
All RMIL longs must forward the same complaints they sent to the NASD & SEC about brokers slamming their stocks, for up to 8-10hrs. a day, on the internet to EVEREN c/o;
* The President/CEO
* Head of Retail
* Head of compliance
This is what the NASD suggests to do in combatting brokers who slam stocks on the internet!
Also , another letter to ROBERT BAIRD in Milwaukee was suggested, requesting their policy concerning brokers who slam stocks on the internet.
I train MM's/brokers @ my gym...and this is what they suggested we do. Someone may be looking for a new job and its' important thaT shareholders inform brokerages of brokers who may be in violation of 15USCChapter2A, sub.,i,77q..its OUR investment, we must do everything legally afforded to us to protect ourselves against this kind of internet manipulation.
I will supply addresses and #'s to the President , Head of retail, and Head of Compliance @ EVEREN tommorow, as well as ROBERT BAIRDS to see what their policy is about brokers in violation of 15USCChapter2A, sub.i., 77q.
