CNN: We can only account for $800k of the $6 MILLION Trump PROMISED would go to Veteran groups CNN has done the research and claim they cannot account for most of the money Trump raised for veteran groups. They’ve called around to all the veteran groups that were supposed to receive checks by now and $800K is all they can come up with: At this point in the campaign this would seem bad for Trump, especially when some of his opponents are calling him a phony and a con artist. Trump claims he is not, yet something as simple as raising money for Veteran groups is making him look exactly like the very thing his opponents are branding him.
