2016-02-29 @ 255-pounds ... just found out my parents are coming to visit in May. I am going to do it this time! No wheat! Lots of fat! very limited carbs and some protein. This is the week I start for real the rest of my life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Downhill on weight from here! Down 30-pounds by May.
