Interesting reading the comments on the recent activity. Even the negative posters who are actually long are now a bit optimistic, as opposed to the obvious basher(s). Considering we are almost 50 percent off the low versus about 8 or 9 percent for the IBB, I think as retailers we are correct in thinking that the disparity between Ariad versus the biotech index has something to do with more than just serendipity. Very obviously there are deep pocketed investors who are betting heavily that Ariad's best days are not in the rear view mirror. Time will tell.
