Thanks to all who replied to my Quicken98-to-msft money problem.

I've used quicken since an early DOS version over 10 years ago. It's seemed to me that with every new windows version the added "functionality" was actually just more clutter. Quicken 98 was the last straw (it destroyed ten years of price history), so I decided to see whether money was any better - it had been getting good reviews.

Obviously, my mistake all along has been in upgrading from earlier versions.
