| | | No, I am advocating executing violent criminals who commit violent crimes and victimize innocent people. I would like to see that carried out in the most expedient manner, fairly and judiciously, under the law. In many cases, guilt is a very clear cut matter, and guilt is immediately established with ample evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt, which far exceeds the normal standard of "reasonable doubt".
For example, if the police arrive at a crime scene and a group of thugs are in the process of raping a defenseless young woman, setting her on fire, and burning her alive, and they have video-taped themselves doing it, and they defiantly face the police and say, "Hell yes we kilt that beeotch! Whatchoo gone do 'bout it, cracka," then, yes, that is a good case for an MCU to respond, apprehend the murderers, try them en route, and the promptly execute them at the local execution facility, Society would be so much better for it. I'm not joking or trying to be funny. I am completely serious.
Likewise, innocent people who do not commit violent crimes would have nothing to worry about.
The bottom line is that I don't give a damn about the criminals or taking extraordinary measures to observe their rights, except only in the way that is absolutely required under the law, such as the right the a speedy trial. My concern lies exclusively with the innocent victims of violent crimes. I have zero compassion for violent criminals, and that includes all races. |
