Ok guys I spoke to Pascoe once again, you may have heard the 2 questions on Endroxal at the end asked by me, I thought I'd give him something to boast about for the live show, I was able to talk to him one on one after, since no one else stayed to talk to him, here's the take aways:
1. RTD is not a priority because cold temp can be approved faster than RTD and that's more important in terms of getting the safety approval in the USA, and Brazil, and EU will have to wait on RTD till after USA approval of the cold temp. The real priority is to get a DDAIP drug approved and safety issues cleared by the FDA so they can potentially introduce another DDAIP product besides Rayva. 2. The priority is for a cold temp USA dispenser that lasts 7 days out of the fridge 3. He says Vitaros is one track to do 500,000 units per quarter even without Germany
4. Germany/Sandoz is being way to conservative about the quality issues, paranoid about a recall, and he's says they are missing out on alot of money by testing and delaying, and that they are going to have to get tough with Sandoz soon on this issue. 5. They are turning caverject users 6. Flibanserin is a flop, only 300 scripts , leaving Femprox in a no chance position, the Sprout purchase by Valeant may become the worst purchase of all time, women don't want to take a pill everyday for FSAID with restrictions on alcohol , many other drugs . 7. Repros was reckless and incompetent, not his exact words, Denner bought into APRI and RPRX to buy into the SERM T-restoration for men potential, APRI is the front runner now, investors in Repros got burned, very disappointing for them , good for APRI if the Fis. ED trial works, if not they have other potential indications with a unique molecule, 8. he said the cold temp dispenser is now cheaper than the room temp, some partners will stay with the cold temp for a while to make more margin, he seems to think the cold chain distribution is not a problem in developed countries, I guess it's better if they can get 7 days out of the fridge, he said the EU will only give 3 days on the label just to be on the safe side, but the new cold temp dispenser should last 7 days.
PR, I don't see any one buying APRI for a long time, it's going to take time just to get cash flow positive, IMO. |
