Do you agree that the fact Sarissa continues to invest does show that they have confidence that APRI PPS will ultimately increase?

Yes!!

No question in my mind that they intend to make money by investing in Apricus!! That's why I don't rule out Manipulation!!

I am probably not the right person to point this out - as I do not know the exact history of Repros - but I have looked at it throughout the years. A few years ago - the Share price for Repros - was in the same range as the SP for Apricus ( they also did a reverse split ). All of a sudden ( and I don't know the story behind it )
the share price skyrocketed to about $28. All the way from $1.50 or so.. Why? I could not tell you for sure. But I think there was manipulation behind it!! I don't know if Sarissa was Invested in Repros back then or not. But it's under $1 right now ( again ). I do remember that there were Hedge Funds invested heavily in that company before it skyrocketed. And they had some VERY cheap warrants at the time!!
