Not really Godis.

Dr. Chahar was asked why have we not seen any NRs about Libs in a long time. He said we have already proven it works in Libs so we are not spending any more money on that. He said there is still work being done by Ballard and that things continue to look good there and that there should be 1 more NR concerning fuel cells.
