My definition of intermediate-term is 9 months max. APCO's projected intermediate-term started about 2 1/2 months ago so from here that would be about a 70% gain in the next 6 1/2 months.

As far as RADAF, it's more the perception of exposure that counts. There may be a bit left to the current swoon and then I would expect, at worst, a tentative advance to test 20. How it handles that barrier will say alot for it.
