Realize that i-node likes to say you can't borrow your way to prosperity. Ignore for the moment that countries with a sovereign currency don't operate like a household. The fact of the matter is that households do it all the time. From getting an education to starting a business, it is quite common to borrow your way to prosperity.

That is one of the Right's biggest problems. They try to reduce everything to sound bytes and one-liners. The result is they often spout nonsense.
