Any idea why Piper Jaffray upgraded Dialogic from neutral to buy on the 26th? Could they be trying to get their big clients out of the stock before the bad news that you allude to becomes obvious to JoeSixPack? Do you happen to know if Piper Jaffray has been involved in any investment banking re Dialogic? Thanks.
