Bruce,
CY and LLTC computations got scrambled so I just ---- them.
You can do the math but they fall to the middle of the distribution
anyways.

Why the factoring of low and high
Take a look at asnd or wdc.
When a stock is falling you look for the bottom
not how far it is from the top.When wdc hit 30 or asnd hit
50 lots of people stepped up to the plate,they were looking
up when they needed to be looking down.Using this form of
screening on the value line semis list TXN does not look
so good even though it has fallen a long ways it is still
very much in the money for lots of people.IDTI looks pretty
good and AMD looks excellent.Of course if you push out the
52 week window AMD does not look so good.

I use value line as one of my indeces because lots of people
use value line so it acts as a decent indicator.
