Yes Mud both of us have said there would be a consolidation for the last 2 years. So far it hasn't happened. I really don't see how it can be avoided forever. I've been unexpectedly caught in two since 09. And they had no more shares out than CUU. Unless the consolidation is going to be greater than 10/1 they don.t even have to ask or announce they are going to do it. Corazon Gold rolled back 25/1. But they pulled a sneaky. Three separate rollbacks 10 another 10 then a 5 for one. So they did not have to ask for shareholder approval. Needless to say I'll never recover that one.
