No...what he did is to hand it to a journalist who was writing a book about him...a woman he was having an affair with while in office at the CIA...then he lied to the FBI about it...chances are that, given the chronology and longstanding relationship between the two, DP was having an affair with Broadwell while in the army, which is also a crime in military justice...read the chronology at wiki....and all he got for of that was a misdemeanor charge. C'mon man...you don't like the woman...that's fair...the rest isn't.
