It is tough to determine where to take profits. Just noticed SPX hit 200dma and pulled back today. FNSR just jumped over the H&S neckline breakdown and has a big gap below, but it and many stocks may just be starting nice runs.... I think it lost $20 last year when they were predicting declining margins. Now they reversed that so that can bode well for the future. I haven't sold my shares bought at $12.15 yet... but I may lock some in soon just to protect the shares bought at $14.50... (ie in a taxable account, sell the 14.50 shares to let the cheaper ones percolate to LT gains. I'm lucky... my shares in my ROTH were all bought at lower prices. I'll probably do my first sell from my trading IRA... those will eventually come out at a high tax rate so often I book profits there first.) So many choices! LOL
