That is true
" In 2002, Teck Resources Limited ("Teck") entered into an option agreement whereby Copper Fox could earn 100% of Teck's interest in the Schaft Creek property and 100% interest in Teck's (78.05%) shareholdings of Liard Copper Mines Ltd. subject to a back in agreement"

Teck did not Back in.
Those shares were transferred to the J/V on the same ownership basis as the rest of the J/V I forget if they were agreed to part of the J/V. or what section it was in if they were without reading it all again. If they were part of the agreement, then why were they not transferred when the J/V was formed like all else was.?
If they were not part of the agreement Where's the money ?

If they were not detailed as part of the agreement, then Copper Fox remained the owner and should receive payment . Perhaps you remember.
